These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any services provided by TCB Construction, including renovation, remodeling, and construction-related work.

By accessing this website or hiring our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is current, complete, or error-free.

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to disrupt its functionality.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Any quote or estimate provided by TCB Construction is:

  • Based on the information available at the time
  • Subject to change after site inspection, design changes, or unforeseen conditions
  • Valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated

Final pricing will be confirmed in a written agreement before work begins.

4. Services and Agreements

All construction and renovation services are subject to a separate written contract.

No work will begin until:

  • A signed agreement is in place
  • Required deposits, if applicable, are received
  • Scope of work has been clearly defined and agreed upon

5. Changes to Scope of Work

Any changes requested by the client after work has begun may result in:

  • Additional costs
  • Extended timelines
  • Revised materials or labour requirements

All changes must be approved in writing before being carried out.

6. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Deposits may be required before work begins
  • Progress payments may apply for larger projects
  • Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

Late payments may result in work delays or additional fees.

7. Cancellations and Termination

Either party may cancel services according to the terms in the signed agreement.

If a project is cancelled:

  • The client may be responsible for work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Non-refundable costs such as materials, permits, or labour may apply

8. Warranties and Workmanship

TCB Construction may provide a workmanship warranty as outlined in the project agreement.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third parties
  • Pre-existing structural issues not disclosed prior to work

Material warranties are provided by manufacturers, not the contractor, unless otherwise stated.

9. Liability

While we take care to complete all work professionally and safely:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Liability is limited to the scope of work defined in the signed agreement

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.

10. Permits and Compliance

Where required, permits and approvals may be obtained by either the contractor or the client, depending on the agreement.

The client is responsible for ensuring they have authority to approve work on the property.

11. Third-Party Contractors

We may engage subcontractors or tradespeople to complete portions of a project. All subcontractors are expected to meet professional standards.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused solely by third-party providers outside our control.
